Tus datos sirven para guardarte un lugar en la lista de espera del ebook y, como lo autorizas, escribirte sobre el contenido de Andrea. No los vendemos, y puedes pedir que los corrijamos o los borremos cuando quieras. Cumplimos las leyes de datos de Estados Unidos, Colombia, México, Panamá y la Unión Europea, y donde piden cosas distintas aplicamos la más exigente.

Cumplimos las leyes de datos de Estados Unidos, Colombia, México, Panamá y la Unión Europea
Este aviso sigue la Ley de la Comisión Federal de Comercio de Estados Unidos (FTC Act), la ley CAN-SPAM sobre correos comerciales, la ley COPPA sobre menores de 13 años, la Ley de Protección de la Privacidad en Línea de California (CalOPPA) y las leyes estatales de privacidad, como la de California (CCPA). También sigue la Ley 1581 de 2012 y el Decreto 1377 de 2013 de Colombia; la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares de México, de 2025; la Ley 81 de 2019 y el Decreto Ejecutivo 285 de 2021 de Panamá; y el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos de la Unión Europea (Reglamento 2016/679). Cuando estas leyes piden cosas distintas, aplicamos para todos la regla más exigente.
De la lista de espera, Andrea guarda tu nombre, tu correo y tu teléfono
También guarda el país de tu número, el idioma, la fecha, la página desde la que te inscribiste y la versión de este aviso que aceptaste. De tu conexión guarda solo una huella cifrada, para frenar envíos abusivos. Con tu autorización, los usa para avisarte del ebook, de cómo comprarlo y de tu descuento, para escribirte por correo y por WhatsApp con novedades, contenido y ofertas de Andrelo(ve), y para responder lo que le escribas. Si ya no quieres mensajes, respóndele por correo o por WhatsApp y deja de escribirte.
No vendemos tus datos y solo los ven quienes nos ayudan a atenderte
Los ven Andrea, OMK y los proveedores que necesitamos para funcionar: Cloudflare aloja la web y la base de datos, y Google nos presta el correo. Trabajan por encargo nuestro y no usan tus datos para nada más. A una autoridad solo le entregamos datos cuando la ley nos obliga.
Estos proveedores están en Estados Unidos o guardan datos allá. Por eso trabajamos con proveedores que se comprometen por contrato a proteger tus datos con garantías adecuadas; para la Unión Europea, el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea. Al inscribirte, aceptas que tus datos se guarden allá para lo que te contamos aquí.
No tomamos decisiones automáticas con tus datos ni armamos perfiles.
La web no usa cookies de rastreo
Si te inscribiste, tu navegador guarda tu nombre, para no volver a pedírtelo. No usamos analítica ni publicidad que te siga. Las letras de la web se cargan desde Google Fonts, que recibe tu dirección IP para entregarlas. Los reels se abren en Instagram solo si los tocas.
Si vives en Estados Unidos, tienes los mismos derechos aunque tu estado no los exija
No vendemos tus datos ni los compartimos para publicidad dirigida, en el sentido de la ley de privacidad de California (CCPA) y de las demás leyes estatales. Los derechos de este aviso los damos a residentes de cualquier estado, aunque la ley de su estado no nos obligue, y no te tratamos distinto ni te cobramos más por ejercerlos.
La web respeta las señales Do Not Track y Global Privacy Control de tu navegador; como no te rastrea, no hay nada que desactivar. Fuera de Google Fonts, que ya contamos, ningún tercero recoge en esta web datos sobre tu actividad, ni aquí ni en otros sitios.
Cada correo de novedades dice quién lo envía y trae su dirección postal y un enlace para darte de baja. Si te das de baja, dejamos de escribirte en máximo 5 días hábiles.
Protegemos tus datos y te avisamos si algo pasa
La conexión con la web va cifrada (HTTPS) y a los datos solo entran las personas que los necesitan para atenderte. Ningún sistema es infalible: si ocurre un incidente que afecte tus datos, te avisamos a ti y a las autoridades en los plazos que piden las leyes.
Guardamos tus datos hasta que pidas borrarlos
Los de la lista de espera, hasta que pidas borrarlos o hasta que Andrea deje de enviar novedades. Cumplido el plazo, los borramos.
Puedes pedir que los corrijamos o los borremos cuando quieras
Sin costo, tienes derecho a:
- Saber qué datos tenemos, de dónde salieron y para qué los usamos, y recibir una copia en un formato de uso común.
- Corregirlos o completarlos.
- Pedir que los borremos.
- Oponerte a un uso o pedir que lo limitemos.
- Retirar tu autorización y pedir prueba de que nos la diste.
Escribe a andrelolifestyle@gmail.com con el asunto «Mis datos», di qué pides y escribe desde el correo con el que te inscribiste, para confirmar que eres tú. Respondemos las consultas y los pedidos de acceso en máximo 10 días hábiles, y corregimos, borramos o dejamos de usar tus datos en máximo 5 días hábiles. Con esos plazos cumplimos lo que pide cada una de estas leyes.
Si no quedas conforme, puedes quejarte ante la autoridad de tu país: en Estados Unidos, la Comisión Federal de Comercio (FTC) en ReportFraud.ftc.gov o el fiscal general de tu estado; en Colombia, la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; en México, la Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno; en Panamá, la Autoridad Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (ANTAI); y en la Unión Europea, la autoridad de protección de datos de tu país.
Inscribirse es solo para mayores de edad
Si eres menor de edad, no dejes tus datos. No recogemos a sabiendas datos de menores de 13 años; si nos enteramos de que pasó, los borramos.
Si este aviso cambia, publicamos aquí la versión nueva con su fecha
Si el cambio es importante, lo avisamos también en la portada de la web, y si cambia para qué usamos tus datos, te pedimos de nuevo tu autorización. Cuando abra la venta del ebook, este aviso suma lo que se guarda de cada compra y quién responde por ella.

From the waiting list, Andrea keeps your name, your email and your phone number
She also keeps your number’s country, the language, the date, the page you signed up from and the version of this notice you accepted. From your connection she keeps only an encrypted fingerprint, to stop abusive submissions. With your authorization, she uses them to tell you about the ebook, how to buy it and your discount, to send you news, content and offers from Andrelo(ve) by email and WhatsApp, and to answer what you write to her. If you don’t want any more messages, reply by email or WhatsApp and she’ll stop.
We don’t sell your data, and only those who help us serve you can see it
Andrea, OMK and the providers we need to operate can see it: Cloudflare hosts the website and the database, and Google provides our email. They work on our behalf and don’t use your data for anything else. We only hand data to an authority when the law requires it.
These providers are in the United States or store data there. That is why we work with providers that commit by contract to protect your data with appropriate safeguards; for the European Union, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. By signing up, you agree to your data being stored there for the purposes described here.
We make no automated decisions with your data and build no profiles.
The website uses no tracking cookies
If you signed up, your browser keeps your name, so we don’t ask again. We use no analytics and no ads that follow you. The website’s fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. The reels open on Instagram only if you tap them.
If you live in the United States, you get the same rights even if your state doesn’t require them
We don’t sell your data or share it for targeted advertising, as those terms are used in California’s privacy law (CCPA) and other state laws. We give the rights in this notice to residents of every state, even where their state’s law doesn’t require it, and we don’t treat you differently or charge you more for using them.
The website honors your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; since it doesn’t track you, there is nothing to turn off. Apart from Google Fonts, described above, no third party collects data about your activity on this website, here or on other sites.
Every news email says who sends it and includes their postal address and a link to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we stop writing to you within 5 business days.
We protect your data and tell you if something happens
The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS) and only the people who need your data to help you can access it. No system is infallible: if an incident affects your data, we notify you and the authorities within the deadlines the laws require.
We keep your data until you ask us to delete it
Waiting list data, until you ask us to delete it or Andrea stops sending news. After that, we delete it.
You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time
At no cost, you have the right to:
- Know what data we hold, where it came from and what we use it for, and get a copy in a commonly used format.
- Correct or complete it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Object to a use or ask us to restrict it.
- Withdraw your authorization and ask for proof that you gave it.
Write to andrelolifestyle@gmail.com with the subject “My data”, say what you’re asking for and write from the email you signed up with, so we can confirm it’s you. We answer questions and access requests within 10 business days, and we correct, delete or stop using your data within 5 business days. Those deadlines meet what each of these laws requires.
If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the authority in your country: in the United States, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ReportFraud.ftc.gov or your state attorney general; in Colombia, the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; in Mexico, the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno; in Panama, the Autoridad Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (ANTAI); and in the European Union, the data protection authority in your country.
Signing up is for adults only
If you are under the age of majority, please don’t leave your details. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn that it happened, we delete it.
If this notice changes, we publish the new version here with its date
If the change is significant, we also announce it on the website’s home page, and if what we use your data for changes, we ask for your authorization again. When the ebook goes on sale, this notice will add what is kept from each purchase and who is responsible for it.
